Shipping policy

Most items are either one of a kind or are made to order. Always contact me first if you have a deadline ---I am happy to work with you. Contact me HERE.

Otherwise, please allow 7 business days upon your order for your piece to be made and then shipped. Sometime this processing time is much faster and sometimes it is the norm. All January Jewelry items are packaged in a hand-stamped jewelry box inside of a padded envelope and will be shipped via USPS. Once shipped, USPS takes about 2-4 days to arrive (depending where you are in relation to SC).

*Rush Orders:  I am happy to provide upgraded shipping if you need an item faster.  Please contact me before you order so we can adjust the processing time and talk about your deadline.

*Domestic Orders:  Will ship First Class Mail unless otherwise noted.  You will be notified with a tracking number once the item ships.

*International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.
